Shipping policy
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders (Singapore & Thailand and other countries) may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT/GST) upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and must be paid by the recipient to the courier before delivery. Declination to pay the import duties or taxes will result in your parcel being destroyed by the relevant country's Customs Department. NO REFUNDS will be entertained in regards of this issue.
Change Of Address
Once an order has been sent out, we cannot change the mailing address. Please check your mailing and delivery address and ensure it is correct and made to the location you desire.
Delivery Delays
Slight delays may also happen due to National/State holidays, sudden surge of orders, misplaced parcels, incomplete address, customs delays, flight cancellation, festive seasons and other technical reasons which is beyond our control. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.
Shipping Partners
We use a variety of shipping partners for East/West Malaysia and International countries. You'll be informed of the courier service handling your order and the respective tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send out.
If you would like to arrange a private pick up under your own freight account, please feel free to let us know the details.
Damaged Parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage.
If your items are damaged, take photos of all damaged items. Reseal the box, send us the photos and we will arrange a reverse pick up. We will then resend you a new set of items. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Don't forget to keep all damaged goods and their packaging as you are required to return these to us. For International Shipment, the process is the same. Your parcel is Insured against shipping damage up to a certain amount. The Insured sum varies from one shipping partner to another.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for Malaysia and International destinations will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time for Peninsular Malaysia typically are 2-3 working days while East Malaysia will be between 5-7 working days. International shipping varies from 5-9 days depend on the destination.
Prohibited Items
Shipping of Prohibited Items are not allowed as per the terms and conditions of the respected countries law & regulations.
Returns
We do not accept any returns or change of products due to wrong product ordered or change of mind. Please check your orders to make sure everything is what you need before making payment.
